What if I don't find the exact plan I want?

If you don't see what you're looking for, we can either:

1. Modify an existing stock plan, or
2. Design a custom home plan from scratch.
3. Search tip! When looking for a town house plan remember the number of units can be modified on most of our plans. For instance, a triplex can easily be modified into a 4, 5 or any number of units you need.

We also maintain an extensive CAD library of designs not listed on our website, so give us a call - we may already have what you need.
